The Torzal was designed in response to players who suffer from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS), tendonitis, and other “overuse” injuries. If you experience pain while playing music, we encourage you to learn about the many different aspects of treatment that exist, of which a better instrument is just one.
There are many great online resources for those seeking more information about these injuries. We have tried to provide below a semi-comprehensive list of links to such resources, especially those most relevant to musicians and playing related injuries. Also provided below are some links to some of our early R&D efforts, including the original research paper written by Jerome Little in conjunction with the development of the first Torzal prototype. If you know of something you feel should be added to the list, please inform us.
